Terms and conditions
General

Place your shoes on the shoe rack. Do not walk around the studio wearing shoes.
❥
Keep the studio clean. Smoking is strictly prohibited. All food and other trash must be taken away. If food waste or stains are found in the studio, cleaning fees will be charged.
❥
Take care of your personal belongings. Vivilla Studio is not liable for any loss or damage to such items. For safety and security, there are 24-hour CCTVs operating in the studio.
❥
You acknowledge and agree to take full responsibility for your own safety. Vivilla Studio is not liable for any injuries, including death, caused to yourself or others due to misuse of equipment or any other reason.
❥
If any facilities are damaged, including but not limited to any lighting, decorations, walls, floors, or filming equipment, the renter will be liable for compensation.
❥
In the case of any dispute, the decision of Vivilla Studio shall be final.
Package
❥
All packages, unless otherwise specified, are for one person only and cannot be transferred to others.
❥
All packages are valid for the specified days from the purchase date. No refunds or extensions will be accommodated after payment. If a specific start date is required, please note it before payment.
❥
All packages can only be used to book the time slots within the validity period.
Rental
❥
The access code will be provided within 24 hours before entry. Please check your email and Instagram DM. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder or contact us.
❥
You shall not enter the studio early without Vivilla Studio's consent, as it may affect the previous users. If you entered early without consent, additional fees will be charged at the rate of the scheduled time for every 15 minutes.
❥
You must leave the studio on time, as it may affect the next users. The studio will charge an additional fee for late departures at the rate of the scheduled time for every 15 minutes.
❥
When changing equipment, such as carabiners, aerial yoga hammocks, and hoops, please use and install them properly to ensure safety for yourself and the others.
❥
The studio is only for yoga, classes, and dance-related purposes. Any illegal purposes are strictly prohibited and renters will be held legally responsible. Vivilla Studio reserves the right to pursue legal action. Rental for any other purposes must be approved by the studio in advance.

Before renting, you must declare that you are in good physical condition and are taking the full responsibility if any accidents occur. If you feel unwell, please consult doctor before coming to the studio.
❥
Before leaving the studio, please restore the studio and ensure that all electrical appliances are turned off. The studio will charge $250 to cover additional electricity costs incurred outside the rental period.
Class
❥
All classes require a minimum of 3 participants. If a class is canceled due to insufficient participants, confirmed students will be notified in advance and the package session(s) will be credited back.
❥
For sick leave, please notify us as early as possible and provide a valid medical certificate. Otherwise, it will be considered as absence and the session will not be rescheduled.
❥
Students are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
❥
Students may enter the classroom 10 minutes before the class begins for preparation.
❥
If necessary, Vivilla Studio reserves the right to reassign instructors or rearrange classes.
❥
Each person is only entitled to one trial class discount, which is non-transferable. Absences will disqualify you from the trial class discount.
Cancel & Refund
❥
All payments (including single bookings and package purchases) are non-cancelable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
❥
Absences will not result in any refund or credit for package sessions.
❥
Peak hours and single spot rentals cannot be rescheduled or canceled.
❥
Non-peak and owl rentals cannot be canceled, and can only be rescheduled once up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
❥
Confirmed class reservations cannot be canceled and can only be rescheduled once up to 48 hours before the class starts.
Adverse Weather Arrangements
❥
All classes and rental will be held as scheduled when the amber rainstorm warning signal, red rainstorm warning signal, or No. 3 or below tropical cyclone signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
❥
When the Hong Kong Observatory announced that the No. 8 or above tropical cyclone signal, or the black rainstorm warning signal will be issued within 2 hours, all classes and rentals scheduled for that day will be canceled. Each affected bookings could be rescheduled once.
❥
When the Hong Kong Observatory lowered or cancelled the No. 8 tropical cyclone signal or black rainstorm warning signal, all classes and rentals will be resumed after 2 hours.
